| Co-owners Charles Starcher and Richard Weaver founded Turkey Joe's to fulfill their childhood dream of owning their own restaurant. The name "Turkey Joe's" came about because turkey would be a main ingredient on the menu and "Joe" is the name of Charles' younger brother who also helps manage the kitchen. |
| Charles
"Chuck" Starcher is a graduate of Sullivan University and holds a
degree in advanced Culinary Arts. Chef
Chuck has been involved in food preparation and hundreds of catering
events for
over 15 years working at several local restaurants.
The past 4 years were spent as head Sous Chef at the Napa
River
Grill here in Louisville. He is well
known for his excellent entrees and pastries. Although Turkey Joe's is a Sports Bar, Chef Chuck wants to bring a higher level to your dining experience. |

years. He has extensive experience in
all restaurant kitchen operations and catering events. Rickie
also serves as Sergeant in the
Kentucky Air National Guard and has just returned from a tour of duty

| Joe Starcher's
experience includes many catering events with his brother Chuck and
working at several local restaurants over the past 9 years. His
recent employment at Buffalo Wild Wings has made Joe an expert and
self-taught critic on the preparation of wings. He is currently
one of the kitchen managers. You probably won't see Joe if you visit us because he is always hard at work in the kitchen. |
